We like cucur pisang

A tasty dish, yet simple and easy to make.

So, one fine morning , I made some cucur pisang for my kids. Yes, they love cucur pisang (very much). One quick tips from TukAyah dearie, BLEND (instead of mash) and mix all the bananas, flour, an egg(if you like) and a little coconut milk. oh ya! a pinch of salt and some sugar too (not too much!). Enjoy the pics and remember, best served while still HOT!  :)



My cucur pisang have 'tails'. hehe

Hahaha...baru lepas tgok dari dapur mina...teringat gak nak buat....Ahaks...kecur...jengah blog kak syida, hai...sgguh mengundang rasa....
Kalau mak dak buat, comel je bulatnyer...kami pun tak terrer...pasti berekor...tp best ada ekor nie...rangup tue...

ina, sekali sekala makan memang kecur...mak2 kita, kalo buat memang chomel2 belaka....kita ajer yang buat berekor2...hehehe

Cucur Pisang ni pun makanan kegemaran makcik juga. Sedap jika digandingkan dengan Teh O hangat. Dikesempatan ini makcik sekeluarga mengucapkan Selamat Berpuasa, Selamat Hari Kebangsaan dan Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri...:)
